Central PA Professional Women in Building
ABOUT US
The Central PA Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) is the voice of women and men who are actively involved in all aspects of the building industry – as builders, developers, remodelers, trade contractors, suppliers, educators, marketing experts, realtors, mortgage lenders, architects, and interior designers. The PWB Council is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) PWB Council and was chartered in January 2020. Membership in the BACP is required to join the Council, but all volunteers are welcomed!

NETWORKING
The Central PA Professional Women in Building Council (PWB) connects professionals through in-person and online social events.
We host and participate in many networking opportunities by attending career fairs and other events. These occasions make it possible to meet leaders in the industry and make friendships that will help develop your career!
CAREER MENTORING
Members and volunteers of the PWB Council work with high school, vo-tech, and college programs to actively promote and encourage the next generation of residential construction professionals.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Members and volunteers of the PWB Council engage with local youth programs to introduce and excite youth about opportunities in the residential construction industry.
